How content is reviewed

• Every calculator and clinical page is reviewed by the committee before release, against the guidelines and primary studies listed in its References box.
• Formulas and thresholds are checked against published worked examples and the original source tables.
• Content is re-reviewed at least every 12 months, and sooner when a relevant guideline changes or an error is reported.

Last-updated dates

Each tool shows its last-review date in its References box. The date is updated whenever the content is reviewed or corrected.

Reporting errors

If you find an error, please email [email protected] with the page URL, the inputs you used, the expected result and the result you saw. Please do not include patient names or other identifiers.
