Privacy Policy

Neonatology App provides clinical reference tools for neonatal professionals. We designed this site to minimize data collection and to keep any patient-related inputs on your device.

What we collect

• No patient data leaves your device for core calculations (drug dosing, growth, nutrition, echo report). Inputs are processed locally in the browser.
• Theme preference is stored locally via localStorage to remember light/dark mode.
• We may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising (e.g., Google AdSense where configured) that can set cookies or similar identifiers. Refer to those providers' policies for detail.

Cookies and storage

We use local storage for preferences. If ads or analytics are enabled, third-party scripts may set cookies for measurement and personalization, subject to your browser settings. This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregated usage; Google Analytics may set cookies (see Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on).

Third parties

Embedded fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you contact us via email or Telegram, your message is handled by those services under their respective policies.

Your choices

You can clear site data and cookies in your browser at any time. You can use the site without entering any identifiable information.

Mobile app (Android / iOS)

This section applies to the Neonatology App mobile application (package app.neonatology.mobile).

• No account, no personal data. The app does not require registration and does not collect names, emails, location, device identifiers or patient information.
• Calculations stay on your device. Values you enter in calculators are processed locally on your phone and are never sent to us.
• Stored on your device only: your favorites, light/dark theme choice and disclaimer acceptance. Uninstalling the app removes them.
• Online content. The app loads clinical content directly from neonatology.app over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the service; we do not use it to identify you.
• No ads, analytics or tracking SDKs are included in the current app version. If this changes, this policy and the store data-safety information will be updated before release.
• Children. The app is intended for healthcare professionals aged 18 and over.
